WOOD & SONS - Mayfair (black)

This 'deluxe' version is very hard to find, The unusual combination of a black transfer with the elegant colour scheme of green, magenta, purple and gold really makes it stand out. As well as a gold rim, there is extensive hand-painted gold detailing on the bird, flowers and leaves. The detail opposite is from the oval dish shown below.
