SHIPPING ­ 100% SUCCESS RATE
We pack extremely well and have never yet had an item go missing. Airmail outside Europe takes 7-10 days. Economy Surface Mail takes 4­6 weeks and is about half the price. Neither of these services include insurance.

INSURANCE
If this is required, item can be sent by AIRSURE, which permits tracking, signature on delivery, and provides compensation for loss or damage. The cost of this service is an extra £4 to £6 (about $9 - $14 USD) on top of normal postage rates, depending on the level of compensation required.

POSTAGE
Postage is charged at cost - we don't charge any handling or packing fees.

PAYMENT

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS
Shipping is by airmail (small packet rate) and should arrive in 3­4 days. Payment can be by money order in GB pounds, or by sending EUROS by registered mail. Please e-mail us for the current conversion rate.We can also accept credit card payments via PAYPAL (see above).
