INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We send china all over the world, including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, France, etc, from our base in London.
SHIPPING 100% SUCCESS RATE
We pack extremely well and have never yet had an item damaged or go missing.
Airmail outside Europe takes 7-10 days. Economy Surface Mail takes 46 weeks and is about half the price. Neither of these services include insurance.
INSURANCE
If this is required, item can be sent INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR, which permits tracking and provides compensation for loss or damage. The cost of this service is an extra £3.50 to £5.50 (about $8 - $13 USD) on top of normal postage rates, depending on the level of compensation required.
POSTAGE
Postage is charged at cost - we don't charge any handling or packing fees.
HOW TO BUY
If you wish to buy something please make a note of the details and e-mail us with your location, asking us for details of shipping costs.
PAYMENT
We accept personal checks or money orders (in GB pounds or US dollars), or dollar bills sent by registered mail.

We charge NO COMMISSION for accepting US money orders or checks.
We can also accept payment by credit card, via PAYPAL. If you wish to use this method, please ask us to send you a PAYPAL INVOICE. We may add a small surcharge for this service to cover charges imposed on us by PAYPAL.
EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS
Shipping is by airmail (small packet rate) and should arrive in 34 days. Payment can be by money order in GB pounds, or by sending EUROS by registered mail. Please e-mail us for the current conversion rate.
We can also accept credit card payments via PAYPAL (see above).
YOUR GUARANTEE
Unless otherwise indicated all items are guaranteed in good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration.We review every item before sale and give a detailed appraisal of condition including any minor defects.
If on receiving the item, you are unhappy with our description, we will refund the purchase price (but not the shipping cost), subject to receiving the item back in the same condition it was sent in.
