WOOD & SONS - Rangoon

This elegant Frederick Rhead design from the 1920s was produced in Woods' classic octagonal shape, found also with the ALVA, WESTOVER and OLD BOW KAKIYEMON patterns. Note the inner band with a honeycomb motif.

RANGOON is much harder to find than the above patterns, and must have been produced in much smaller quantities. We have seen three versions. as shown below.
