Ashworth Bros - Franklin (Old Japan Vase)

Pattern Nos B3194 and B3463

This pattern in IMARI colours was produced in the late 19C and early 20C, and is fully gilded on the rim, with gold stars on the inner border, and gold detailing on the vase and leaves. It is sometimes known as the Old Japan Vase pattern.

There also exist other very similar Ashworth patterns with the addition of blue hand-colouring, and also a full colour version.
